As we prepare for a new academic year, student enrollment has continued to grow, but financial challenges have prevented the school from expanding its teaching staff at the same pace. As a result, classrooms have become overcrowded, and teachers are carrying increasingly heavy workloads.

Today, seven part-time teachers and two support staff members serve more than 100 students. While local fundraising efforts help cover staff salaries, facilities, and essential school supplies, they are not generating enough income to meet the school's annual operating costs.

This project’s objective is to provide a stable salary of C$4,500 to support one full-time teacher for the coming school year.  This position is critical to maintaining continuity in instruction, providing consistent learning support, and ensuring every student receives the attention they deserve.
