Juan Calvino School in the Dominican Republic is building a new playground to create a vibrant space where students can play and thrive. It will offer a safe environment for kids to engage in physical activity, improving their coordination, strength and overall health. Beyond just exercise, the playground will help reduce stress and anxiety, allowing children to express themselves and release energy in a healthy way. This space will also promote social growth, as group play teaches cooperation, communication and conflict resolution. This second phase of the project involves the purchase and installation of playground equipment, including swings, a playhouse and slide. The playground will be a place where fun and learning go hand in hand, supporting the students' physical, emotional and cognitive development.
